삭제하면 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 같은 소셜 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 새 계정으로 시작합니다.
1. 앱에서 삭제하는 방법
계정 삭제는 앱 안에서 직접, 바로 할 수 있습니다. 이메일로 요청하실 필요가 없습니다.
- now here 앱을 엽니다
- 홈 화면 오른쪽 위의 설정 을 엽니다
- 계정 항목에서 회원 탈퇴 를 누릅니다
- 확인 창에서 한 번 더 누르면 즉시 삭제됩니다
참여 중이던 방에서는 삭제와 동시에 나가게 됩니다.
카카오·네이버 계정 설정에서 now here 와의 연결을 끊어도 같은 삭제가 자동으로 진행됩니다.
2. 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
기기를 잃어버렸거나 앱을 설치할 수 없다면 [email protected] 으로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
본인 확인을 위해 가입에 쓴 로그인 수단(카카오·네이버·구글·애플)과 그 계정의 이메일 주소를 알려 주십시오.
받은 날부터 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
3. 바로 삭제되는 데이터
- 이메일 주소 (소셜 로그인에서 받은 경우)
- 푸시 알림 토큰
- 알림·찾기 설정
- 내가 건 차단 목록
- 방 참여 상태 (즉시 퇴장)
소셜 계정 식별자는 원래 값으로 되돌릴 수 없는 형태로 변환되어, 더는 누구의 계정인지 알 수 없게 됩니다.
4. 일정 기간 남는 데이터

5. 계정을 지우지 않고 일부만 지우려면
- 메시지 — 내 메시지를 길게 눌러 「회수하기」를 고르면 모든 사람의 화면에서 사라집니다. 원문은 방이 사라질 때 함께 삭제됩니다
- 알림·찾기 — 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다
- 그 밖의 삭제 요청은 위 이메일로 보내 주십시오
로그인 없이 둘러보기만 했다면 계정이 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 식별자가 새로 만들어져 이전 이용과 이어지지 않습니다.

Deletion is permanent. Signing in again with the same social account starts a new account.
1. Delete inside the app
You can delete your account yourself, immediately, inside the app. No email is needed.
- Open the now here app
- Open Settings at the top right of the home screen
- Under Account, tap Delete account
- Confirm once more — the account is deleted immediately
You leave any room you are in at the same moment.
Disconnecting now here in your Kakao or Naver account settings triggers the same deletion automatically.
2. If you cannot use the app
If you lost your device or cannot install the app, email [email protected].
To verify it is you, tell us which sign-in you used (Kakao, Naver, Google or Apple) and that account's email address.
We process the request within 10 days of receiving it and reply with the result.
3. Deleted immediately
- Email address (if provided by your social sign-in)
- Push notification tokens
- Notification and discovery settings
- The list of people you blocked
- Room participation (you leave immediately)
Your social account identifier is transformed irreversibly, so it can no longer be linked to you.
4. Kept for a limited time

Data is destroyed without delay once the period ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Deleting some data without deleting your account
- Messages — long-press your message and choose "Retract" to remove it from everyone's screen. The original is deleted when the room disappears
- Notifications and discovery — turn them off at any time in Settings
- For any other deletion request, email us at the address above
If you only browsed without signing in, you have no account. Deleting the app creates a new device identifier that is not linked to your earlier use.
